Marrakesh 2008

Dear Class mates,

Please find our program for our annual meeting in Marrakesh.
For the hotel, I negotiated double rooms with half board (breakfast and
lunch or dinner).

Actually, all the costs of the program is around 350€ on a basis of 60
persons. Nevertheles, I still have some minor details to fix and it may
modify the price.

For the second round of negotiation, I need to know who is coming to fix
the reservations. Please, let me know the earlier by sending me an email.
For more convenience, I will ask you to send me the total payment of the
trip as soon as I will fix the price.
I am waiting for emails for confirmation. You can already schedule your
flights for Marrakesh.
